How do I get diagnosed with Menieres disease?
Are there other conditions with these same symptoms but are constant not an episode. I have tinnitus, hearing loss in BOTH ears, and poor balance when walking or climbing stairs.
I have been to a 2 ENTs and it has been 3 months with out a diagnosis

Get a referral to an ENT. Meniere’s is characterized by episodic attacks. It’s not constant. You need to be properly diagnosed by a physician.
