Ear Noise: Tinnitus Sounds

The thing about tinnitus and ear noise is that apart from in the case of XYZ tinnitus, it’s only the sufferer who can actually hear the noise in their head. But that hasn’t stopped many tinnitus sufferers trying to describe what they’re hearing.

Some of those sufferers have had the technical skills to actually reproduce their sounds we’ve included a selection of those below.

It’s not so much the technical skill that is impressive here it’s more the fact that — when you’ve listened to them — the people who are hearing the sounds day in and day out still remain sane.

Have a listen to them and see what you think. one or two of the sounds of these people have made are very close to the edge of many people’s hearing so you may have to listen hard for the higher pitched ones.
